This is probably going to get lost in the comments, but for social anxiety/anxiety in general you can make a list of the negative thoughts you're having (ex. "I'm stupid"), how anxious the thought makes you, how much you believe the thought, and proof for the thought (ex. "I did badly on a test"), proof against the thought (ex. "I'm doing well in other classes") and how you can change the thought to be more constructive (ex. "x class is difficult for me"). It's called cognitive restructuring and it can be used for depression as well, and the more you practice the more automatic changing those negative thoughts becomes :)
