@Bale Sahagun If develops a decent catch and shoot game from three and a reliable post game, like one or two moves he can always go to, then he'll average 25+ on ridiculous efficiency in his prime. Adding a floater or teardrop to help him evade those 7 foot monsters in the paint like Steven Adams and Gobert will make him completely unstoppable. Good thing is he has a great work ethic so I expect to adapt quickly and keep improving.

Hularious that the faults they pick out are his handle and his off hand. The kid has a solid right imo. And for his size he has enough of a handle to be efdective. From what I've seen he already has just as good of a first step as lebron and a little more wiggle and shake to his game. If he become a solid jump shooter he will be unstoppable. Cant just pack the lane in the nba like you can in college.

@Anthonydu016304 жыл бұрын
The Heir Genetic is 90% of the reason why NBA players are NBA players stop being delusional ... Do you know that 19% of the total population of the world over 7 feet are in NBA ??? And do you know that only 1% of the men population in US are over 6ft6 ??? And in that 1%, most of these guys are slow, lanky and unathletic. Zion is an anomaly just like Shaq, Lebron, Giannis or Wilt chamberlain, you dont even realise how rare these guy are, its impressive even for a 5ft8 to have a 40inch vertical, Zion has 44 ... You can work all your life, take all tye steroid in the world you will never be like zion its a fact man, Zion is 2 inch taller and 20pounds heavier than Ngannou, he is a fucking flying fridge man its not normal. How many 6ft7 guy you know ? Personaly i dont even know 1, i have 2 friends who are 6ft6 and 1 of them isnt athletic at all ... Personaly i dont understand why American make their kids dream about being basketball players, the average height in NBA is 6ft7, and only 1% of the total population will be over this height, and probably only 0,3% will be athletic enough to enter the NBA, thats nothing ... You should make your kids dream about being a soccer player, thats were you have the most possibility and money, because football can make you rich on every continent, there are 11 players in a team and you dont need to be 6ft6. If genetic isnt the reason why 90% of the NBA is black from west africa ??? You know that white are on average taller than black ? But black are more athletic, faster, jump higher, more explosive and agile ... You cant look at NBA or sprint and say no they are here because of hard work, you think there is no white, asian, indian who work harder than zion ??? Asian people are literally robot man, they are conditionned to work hard since a young age but they are almost no asian in basketball, football, soccer, rugby ect because they are the weakest physicaly thats the sad truth.
@NegativeAccelerate3 жыл бұрын
Ok but that jump and his muscles are genetic too. Not to mention he was born a man. He was born in America so many things went right for him. The video also just said he only became famous when he started growing. But yeah there are many people who have his luck and don’t work hard I’ll give you that. But let’s not forget that most people even if they put in that hard work, won’t make it

Zion Williamson's gift as an athlete will forever be criticized even as an elite NBA player. No one has the full complete package with the exception of a few that could eclipse the imagination of even the greatest to come after then from the likes of Elgin Baylor, Connie Hawkins and Julilus Erving to Dominique Wilkins Michael Jordan to Kobe Bryant and LaBron James. But now if the basketball gods have truly blessed Zion Williamson to the pinnacle of or above the names mentioned, then so be it, cause he has every attribute to achieve greatness even in humility with a great character..

6'10" wingspan for a 6'7" guy. That's pretty average, if not a tad short. For comparison, guys like Charles Barkley, Vince Carter, and Draymond Green have at least +7'0" of wingspan, and those guys are shorter than Zion. Then we have Kawhi Leonard, a 6'7" forward, a total freak of nature with huge hands, and the wingspan of 7'4". That's put him on par with Giannis Antetokounmpo.

Civic Lyfe Draymond is the best defender in the league and he is a 6’7 power forward, Charles Barkley was a 6’6 (although some say he was even shorter than that) fat power forward. Size doesn’t really matter as long as you’re above 6’0, athleticism > size any day and Zion is crazy athletic

Zion: Dominates kids three times as small as him in a basketball game Mike Korzemba: THIS KID WILL ONE DAY BREAK THE NBA
@classyassmothafucka88905 жыл бұрын
NBA defenses will try 4 things on him, and if any one of them works, he'll be a liability. 1. Sag on him (Like Ben Simmons) 2. stick to his left arm and follow him to the basket (Like Harden on the drive) 3. Double the ball handler and force them to give the ball to Zion outside the arc (Like Boogie, the more space you put between him and the basket, the more likely a miss or a turnover trying to get to the basket.) 4. Have his defender ice a screen and abandon Zion and instead sprint to the weak side of the lane (where the center is leaving his man to contain the drive and possibly take a charge). If Zion's pick-and-roll passing isn't perfect, his man can organize a switch NOT ONTO THE SCREENER, but onto the weakside post player where the passing lane will look more open than it actually is (Usually not a primary defensive strategy, but a defensive special set used to exploit poor decision makers) Any one of these techniques would currently give Zion headaches... so Zion's success is going to come down to his attitude, attention to detail, and coachability. Every NBA team has access to guys who can teach you to shoot, but Zion is going to need to be coachable, and he's going to have to change his game up. His talent is OBVIOUS and his phisique is absurd, but he's going to need to accept leadership on whatever team he ends up on, and he's going to need to develop counters.

Tons of kids work as harder if not harder than him, you think asian kid dont work hard ? You think they dont like basketball ??? The truth is that they arent geneticaly gifted in term of athletic ability like black and especialy west african. All the most powerful, explosive and fast boxer, jumper, sprinter, bball, football and soccer players are from west africa, dont tell me its not genetic, dont tell me its not genetic when someone like Ngannou was still a homeless immigrant with no training at 26, is now close to be heavyweight champion of the world, dont tell me its not genetic when 4 antetokoumpo are NBA players, and the last brother is a soccer player, their father was a soccer player and mother a volleyball player, its genetic man stpp being deluded.
