are there conclusive studies pertaining to the need for supplements in thoze that eat a PHD to include heavy whipping cream, eggs, butter, sea salt, bacon, beef liver, steak, and bone broth w/ the fat thereto?

Although I am animal based when I try to find answers this is all I see. From both vegans and animal based ppl: the data is wrong, the study was done wrong, it was cherry picked,etc. Either all scientists are stupid or greedy monsters or we just Dnt want to see what doesn’t make us feel good 😠 I want to actually have good science supporting the right way to eat. I believe animal based based on just micronutrient content off chronometer. I used to be plant based and tracking and would get disappointed how little nutrients I was getting off so much food. Animal food is simply more nutrient dense. But that doesn’t mean I’d throw caution to the wind. That’s why I’m animal based but not carnivore because then your throwing in ketosis and food restriction into the mix, it’s not just about getting nutrients.
