This is basically a recap about all characters's names and Quirks. What I liked about this episode that didn't go to the typical cliche of "journalist with ulterior motives" and showed us that Tokuda's reasons to admire heroes. ( and respecting to keep Deku's secret )

Julio Castillo a lot of manga readers usually would say if it’s not in the manga than it’s a filler. For me 3x1 and 4x1 are just simply needed recapture.

@@craig3240 well there's also things called Canon and Non-Canon filler, examples of this are s2e19 where we see Tsu having his intership with Selkie and Sirius (both designed by Horikoshi), or s2e17 specifically the scene of Endeavor fighting the Nomus, those cases never appeared in the manga but were confirmed to be Canon by Horikoshi. This recap episode could be Canon with no problem, it fits well within the story and i think Tokuda's character it's really cool, it's only a matter of Kohei saying that it is indeed canon.

i love the song for the new OP, but a lot of the visuals were kinda bland(though some of them i really liked). the episode itself was fine on a grand scale, though excellent in what it wanted to do: be a good recap episode. the ending tho, thats the most hype thing for me so far from this episode and is the primary thing i am wanting to see people's thoughts on for episode reactions for this episode. im glad you seem to somewhat have caught onto the idea the ending was going for and are curious. an excellent reaction. as expected from you Zamber

I would call it filler, becaus eit doesnt "Fill" something. (like filling timehole, so the anime dont catch up to the Manga) Its a simple Reminder/Recap Episode. Since Season 2, they are doing this and im totaly fine with it. I mean, Season 3 (Final Episode) is 1 Year ago.

Not a massive fan of the opening on a visual level but like the music (they could have done a lot more) hoping the next opening is a bit better (most excited for opening 8 since it will be really different) not a big fan of the recap stuff mainly due to it not advancing the plot (and that in the flashback All might wore his old outfit which he shouldn’t be wearing while in Japan) but I’m excited for this arc to kick off
