Im stronger on reverse bench than regular. If you do it a lot you get strong at it fast. I do them on incline nlbench as well. Regular bench I can do 315x6-8 medium grip. I cant go wide or pull my pec. Reverse 325x10 easy. I can even lift it off myself and Im 44.

Mike, today I found myself asking an age old question... How old is Mike O'Tren? The answer is not exactly known. Some say he's in his late 40's which of course we know is false. Look at pictures of the falling of the Berlin Wall, he's there looking exactly the same doing curls with 100lbs pieces of rubble. Some think he's Arnold's age. Then how do you explain the footage from D-Day of him sled pulling the American tanks out of the water onto Normandy Beach? How could he be possibly older than that you ask? Well as few people know, Paul Revere admitted on his death bed that it was in fact Mike who urged Paul to rush into town and warn the folks that the British were coming. However my guess is that he is older still... Much older. Think back to Jesus rising from the grave... Who do you think was there to move the rock?
@axeshredder026 жыл бұрын
speaking of moving rocks....I can't confirm this as actual fact, but it's been rumored that Mike O'Tren helped the Egyptians build the great pyramids

I am not sure that gear makes that huge of a difference. Plenty of heavy gear users have aged terribly through the years. Perhaps most of his longevity and youthfullness comes down to practicing a strict diet and training regimen for years, in addition to good genetics.

We all need it at some point-to restore hormones. If you don’t know how to balance your hormones and go to a TRTRHRT clinic so they can balance you out and get you to optimal testosterone levels
@FNHot2 жыл бұрын
@@miamilifeandfitness oh I have ZERO issue with HRT / TRT. What I have issue with, is dosing yourself with test levels not found in a natural man, then telling people to put down the cupcake. The only difference between TRT and PED's for most athletes, is who is giving them to you. Elevated test, does wonders, dont then sell fatties a workout plan when youre medically enhanced. At least start every video with "Im full of synthetic test, today Im gonna show you how to ....." Ryan doesnt hide it, but he doesnt say it often either.
@miamilifeandfitness2 жыл бұрын
@@FNHot agree with you-thats why most people on cycle or trt never just jump on gear and dont care where their hormones are. on top of that, they eat like crap! which causes a whole gang of issues!
