Ngakanga in Nigeria is called uda or by it's English name grains of selim. Thanks for sharing. We also use njangsa in pepper soup spice mix. We have all these ingredients and use them across Nigeria also. Four corner spice is called Aridan fruit, uyayak, yanghanhanghan, prekese, and I think Tiwa in Ghana. Thanks for sharing

The bakossiqn use 4 corner for their traditional food. I know it's called 4 corner because of it's whole shape before broken. Thanks for sharing.

There’s a particular hollow rice from Cameroon that has this very unique taste that I can’t just put my finger on it. At first I thought maybe it was a spice they put inside but maybe it’s the type of oil used to cook this rice. Please if you might know it, I want find out

Hi. I’m filipino married to Cameroonian. As we live overseas, these are not accessible apart from white pepper which is quite common. Do you have any idea of online platform where we can get all these native Cameroonian spices?

Actually bush pepper is locally made and black pepper is usually imported. That’s why they call it China in the spices market in Cameroon
