I remember reading this story in an old elite article a few years back. Whenever I get asked about weight gain (because anyone who's 200+ with a little bit of muscle will absolutely get asked that question, eventually) I always refer them to that article. I tell them it may sound like satire but, the principles are absolutely correct. Eating big equals getting big, pure and simple.

I feel full (and slightly sick) just hearing about all that dirty food in one day lol! I remember I used to make a protein shake from milk powder and nesquick milkshake powder which would be 60 grams carbs and 40 grams protein and alot of sugar. I would set it up ready at my bed side, set my alarm for 4am in the morning mid sleep, drink the shake down then go straight back to sleep after. It's a dirty way of bulking but effective I found

@@Xplora213 So what do you understand by the secret diet to gain weight? Are you really that dumb? First of all that is not a secret, like we don't know that eating junk food lika a pig makes people gain fat weight? My point is why a professional Bodybuilder would waste his time making a video like this and waste his time interviewing that pig? What is the message he is giving dumb people? To eat junk food ,gain fat weight and look like a pig? That is unhealthy and stupid.. so what is your point smart ass?

@Russell Peacock WTF? You are the one missing the point, so you think that is a secret diet to gain weight? Are you that stupid to not know that eating lots of junk food will make you fat and gain weight? So where is the fucking secret? Lol.. 😂😂😂🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️By the way eating junk food to look like a pig doesn't make you stronger is pure fucking lard, there is no reason to eat like that no rational person would do that to their body. Also why would a professional Bodybuilder would make a stupid video like this? That has absolutely nothing to do with Bodybuilding.

I gained weight by eating 3 or 4 meals but then adding a blender smoothie that had whole milk, low salt peanut butter, and protein powder as main ingredients (you can also add fruit, chocolate syrup, greek yogurt, etc). I drank one at night everyday. You add as much peanut butter as you can and still get it down.

Trains here. Who ordered some pizzas 👍 I started at 201, dropped to 181. (Lost a bunch of mid section fat.) Up to 191. A year and a half process. Stuck there for now but I’m loosing fat still while I’m gaining muscle. Goal is 210-220 over the next 4 years. I’ll be 43. Doing very well, pretty clean. Keeping body fat around 10 percent if I can. Exercising most of my life but not like this. 6’1”, but I’m supposed to be 6’ 4”. Scoliosis. Feel way better nowadays.

This really struck home for me. Eating a ton of vegetables and lower calorie foods made me feel bloated and was really uncomfortable. The act of eating takes too much time... It's not something that I found to be sustainable. I legitimately have trouble eating enough when eating clean not due to willpower, but because of the other reasons I listed.
