I remember reading this story in an old elite article a few years back. Whenever I get asked about weight gain (because anyone who's 200+ with a little bit of muscle will absolutely get asked that question, eventually) I always refer them to that article. I tell them it may sound like satire but, the principles are absolutely correct. Eating big equals getting big, pure and simple.

I feel full (and slightly sick) just hearing about all that dirty food in one day lol! I remember I used to make a protein shake from milk powder and nesquick milkshake powder which would be 60 grams carbs and 40 grams protein and alot of sugar. I would set it up ready at my bed side, set my alarm for 4am in the morning mid sleep, drink the shake down then go straight back to sleep after. It's a dirty way of bulking but effective I found
