Thanks so much for putting these videos out John. The amount of misinformation on KZbin today is crazy. All we need is an O.G. that has earned his stripes to put out some quality information. If you want to gain weight, you got to eat ALOT of calories. Some good some bad. Thanks for sharing, watched all three of your eating videos and looking forward to even more. Bout to incorporate your bulking diet. Jeff Nippard shown a light on you for myself, and he obviously has a lot of respect for you. I'm happy to see a genuine person share their insights without some supplement company paying their bills.

Turkey meatloaf was an awesome suggestion! I didn't get the premade but made my own with 2lbs of lean ground turkey, 3 eggs, tomato sauce, tomato paste, himalayan pink salt, italian seasoning/garlic/onion powder and breadcrumbs(same way as I make ground beef version) also added 3 tbs extra virgin olive oil to keep it from drying out. 375 for 1 hour came out amazing, last 10min I glazed with ketchup. Liked the video John. Super easy for anyone. Bachelor food, brother! Wish my daughter made me breakfast now and then...😀 Only thing I would add is some yogurt first thing to hit the intestines and I do believe in some vegetables and fruits for the enzymes and fiber. Keep everything rolling and digesting proper. Keep the absorbsion working. Avacado, OJ👍 Even bulking, all those calories need to be absorbed or else they rot in the gut and ya blow gas out both ends.

Rhys Beloe nope! Well cooked button mushrooms are also anti-estrogenic. I boil a batch load for three hours and then drain, cook and refrigerate or freeze in batches. Mushrooms being a living fungus absorb pesticides and take some serious cooking to neutralise a lot of those carcinogenic toxins. Luckily mushrooms are unique in that they remain just as tender even after several hours of boiling/cooking, so they won’t spoil.

Measuring forks described in tablespoon measurements... use a spoon, ya spoon. Great video john, though I'd recommend cashew butter if you want something other than peanut, it's smooth and doesn't 'brick'. Also oil into the boiling water ( olive oil goes glossy so won't stick plus extra calories ) with the salt then pasta
