Phantasm Spiral Dragon solo'd the Atlantean and Fire King archetypes in lore, and all of the Phantasm Spiral support cards (equips and traps) represent its powers. That means its true ATK power is 3400, making it stronger than Blue-Eyes. Also, there's a Normal Monster version of Black Luster Soldier that equals Blue-Eyes, plus Rabidragon has higher combined stats.
