Highly unlikely. If you are making $650k/yearly (that’s the median US pay for a big firm) then I think you’d put aside any bias, hate, or negative feelings. At least I would. (Money influences decisions) To leave would be taking a pay cut, as you would need to either start over as an associate and rework your way up the ladder at a new firm, or find a firm that would give you a named partner spot. Which is highly unlikely because those spots are Typically earned by being the best and most profiting for the firm. (Brining in big spending clients and winning their cases) Also, being a senior named partner in a big firm is all about reputation. If you tried moving firms, people are gonna ask why you left. Especially since you were at the top of the ladder. “I left because I didn’t like one guy at the firm” sounds like a whiney cop out. Even if you don’t tell them outright, most law firms have connections to others so someone else might tell if you don’t.
