"If you have people in your network that knows something you don't and can tell you, and you can hear it, that would be life-changing" - Tom Bilyeu. There's layers to this - love it.

Tom is the reason I've taken so much action toward healing instead of completely giving up. His inspiration has led me to the school of my dreams studying neuroscience through consciousness and human potential. The value found in shows like these with gifted interviewers like Jay and Tom is innumerable. I don't have words to express the magnitude of my gratitude.

"I can self-soothe faster than anybody else" Tom Bilyeu ....similar to some of the most successful athletes I know...when we can say STOP to the negative self- talk that we have ALL been conditioned for as a self-protection measure...that's when we can START to get better...without this tool, we just keep beating ourselves up and self-improvement stops in its tracks...ASK me how I know this...♥️🦅😊🦅♥️ Thank you Jay and Tom for this amazing interview...♥️

Principles - Ray Dalio 12 Rules For Life, An Antidote to Chaos - Jordan B. Peterson Mindset - Carol Dweck (Tom is completely obsessed with this book and it is indeed incredible, I read it because it's on his most read books, and this along with Grit really were eye/mind-openers). Tom mentioned Ramachandran but didn't specify which books. That's all I caught. Hope it can help.

Some men say they're cheaters cos their dads, uncles, grandad before them were. So they have no control. It's in their blood. Some men are cheaters cos they think of women like pokemon to be collected. These men are just greedy and think nothing of objectifying and devaluing women. Some men are cheaters cos they keep second guessing themselves about their current choice/pick. These men are wishy washy, indecisive and never satisfied. Some others cheat because they have low self esteem and think the more women they are able to attract, the more 'man' they are. They think it's a sign of virility, worthy of the admiration and respect of their peers. Tom is none of the above. He doesn't make excuses, he knows what he wants, is steadfast in his choices/decisions and has confidence/self esteem enough to commit to being a one-woman man who values quality over quantity regardless of the trend. Lisa is one lucky lady.

I really love this interview, but when he uses the F word it sits off alarm, but there is something in his life that makes him think using foul language makes him more tougher, masculine, or something like that which is a fault. There is people you would like to transfer this video to that would find that very offensive like the preacher of your church would say. Please don’t send me a KZbin where they use foul language. I don’t want that in my head. Or a little children that you want to motivate do you want to use foul language to motivate them? They should stop immediately. It is a flaw.

90% positive stuff, but why does Tom work so hard and he does not feel he needs to do his own dishes and had his wife put out his clothes. It seems to me Tom feel he is a more important life form than his fellow human being that are below him and should do menial chores for him. I heard someone says it's important to take ownership of your personal responsibility and that starts with making your own bed.

Please disregard the above comment. What Tom and his wife realized is that it takes a team to achieve goals. Didn't want to leave that negativity out there in the universe. I hope no one ever reads my comment above, but if you do know that I was wrong.
