I own 5 companies and am always in search for genuine leadership. My contribution to this narrative by Dr. Lee is that leadership is a state of mind that takes continual commitment to yourself and those in your circle of influence. Jim Rohn states “to attract people you have to be attractive”. This is so true. My leadership teams at all of my companies are instinctive about their own personal growth and the companies position.

Nice content information. In reality it depends which world you live in. Leaders can be nice and also very cruel. Career as just as life we learn we more as each day goes by. You will what and who character that you really can be.
