Accurate statistics on lawncare/landscaping companies that stay in business with the intention to scale past $500,000 in revenue with 20% profit margin vs those that fizzle out or fail. My guess is that only 1 out of 10 that intent to scale to this level actually make it and 9 out of 10 fail or fizzle out.

It be awesome if you find a million dollar business that is doing “everything” right. And do a video of them. We’ve seen a lot of what not to do but it be awesome to see someone that’s holding the standard.

Mike, I love how you use 'architect' to describe business strategy. It perfectly captures the creativity and planning needed to build a successful business. Great perspective. Keep up the inspiring Work!

I own a junk removal business on the opposite end of North Carolina, and I'm also a solo operator. When I saw he was only charging $500 to fill his trailer and then paying so much to Thumbtack, I couldn't fathom how he was paying the bills. But, I understand where he's coming from. I built my business without going into debt by buying, restoring and reselling work trailers while simultaneously using them for jobs. I also worked full time while I ran my business on evenings and weekends. When I hit it full time in 2021, I didn't want to have to pay for advertising, so I learned how to create my own. The only paid advertising I've done so far is vehicle decals and business cards. The biggest thing that I focused on was building a brand. It's difficult to run a business while enduring everything he went through, for sure. But he was relying on a lead service that was robbing him blind. Branching out into additional services might be another viable option for him. For example, I also had years of experience operating equipment, so I decided to buy a small tractor which has allowed me to tap into an entirely new market. I wish him the best, and really enjoyed the video.

Let’s hear your deep dive on Christmas lights. Permanent vs temporary. Buying vs leasing to customers. How to price a job. Equipment required. I know it’s your new winter idea so would love to hear more about it.

Same. I asked in a Copilot Q&A, but Mike kind of glossed over it. I haven't found a decent channel/course for lights. Plenty of "Chuck in a Truck", but nobody that seems like they really have their stuff together.

I would also be interested in a Christmas lights video.

Thank you! I have made 1000+ videos for new and small businesses. I am growing as an entrepreneur. Some of my audience from years ago is needing the 2.0 version of growth. The early videos will get you to $1M. These videos will take you to $10M.

@@MikeAndesI run a 2.8M company and I appreciate your videos. I definitely want more on this level. If you are in to a window/power washing company I’d love to hear your input!
