I don't think you really understand how much of a blessing you are. I came from a motherless household with my father and 4 brothers. My dad could only cook a steak, and I was raised in the 80's... so you know how often steak dinners would happen. 😂 My Nana was the only 1 who would cook for us and even her meals were limited because my Grandad was the cook in the house and he died before i was born. I've had to teach myself how to cook from watching my friends mom's cook. You have given recipes that my family absolutely LOVES! Thank you so much for helping my family love the food I cook! ❤😊

Made this for my Husband tonight and he could not stop talking about how good It was. He grew up with his grandmother making it for him homemade but said this recipe was hands down better! I’ve been making beef stroganoff almost exactly like this for 30yrs. I don’t use beef base just beef broth. What makes this and always has is the Dijon mustard and the mushrooms, perfect pairing!!! I would love to see you do a shrimp macaroni salad, see if the recipe is as good as mine, and mine is bangin!!!

Fixed this tonight with my 19 y/o granddaughter, who is here for the night on her way home from college for a break. We are so excited to make this together! Looking good. I sometimes put a little Sherry wine in with my steak while it is marinating. I’ve never done the Dijon but I’m going to try it for sure. I’ve put some cream cheese in the gravy too to give it some more body. I’m looking forward to making these and putting a few of my spins on it. Definitely some crushed red pepper too.

Good Sunday Morning! Ok, now this I'm trying for a day this upcoming week! Looks savory and amazing! Since the Spring is coming, I think a salad with all the fixings would be good! Topped with tender seasoned chicken, bacon, cheese, tomato basil, english cucumbers, pesto, homemade tortilla strips or croutons (for crunch) corn, boiled eggs, etc would be nice, because why the hell not?
