Life is teaching me to slow down due to recent happenings in my life..at first I was scared and now I am so grateful for every lesson I'm learning and for being able to appreciate the smaller things that I am now seeing are the important things that I used to take for granted. I wish this was more a part of our culture in north america and I feel like it's a part of the reason there are so many mental health problems becoming so prevalent. My wish for the future is that everyone can start to see the value and healing in slowing down and having peace, enjoying the small and simple beauties in life and sharing it with each other and that this becomes an integral part of all our lives

How do you make that milk topping???

So you can either do it with an wand on an espresso machine (like at a coffee shop) OR my at home cheat is to heat up milk and then put it in a French press and pump up and down with the press! It makes perfect velvety milk/foam!

You’re right! It is Pakistani Chai, although I made it with steamed milk so it is a latte!
