This is MORE than just "tucking". 3 exercises you can do in your home to vastly improve the control of your own momentum. This will directly help with learning to do flips, parkour, bboy powermoves, gymnastics and more. It is a concept not really talked about but usually comes naturally to the elite athletes.

that arm momentum was the last piece of the puzzle that had permitted me to land my first backflip and my first cork. Before realizing that I didn't even know that momentum involves the upperbody that much.

Good explanation of momentum and inertia. If you have access to a swimming pool w a diving board (a springed one) you can learn all the timing/inertia you want. Even side spins. Trampolines yeah I had those but the physics are not close enough to a dance floor. I love all your videos but dude I was the physics TA in college. Real physics is figuring out wiring 2 subs, 4 replaced regular speakers, with an 8F capacitor. I work out the math but there is an art to it. Also if you screw up you can get shocked, I can handle 3 or 5 F shock, not fun. I'm redoing all the wiring on my Red Fast n Furious Paul Walker Lighting! 13 whole years of no breakins. When you are looking at melting down your vehicles computer, or laboring for hours. That final moment you charge the capacitor connect it. Like dancing, get ready to fail and redo tons of things. Then the magic moment when it dialed in perfect. W two amps I am pretty sure front back wire got crossed along the way. The labor and skill alone to do this can't a shop to do it. The really good ones. Get ready they copy your key and steal all gear. Physics rules ! I miss dancing in Chicago!

@CMZno

do j step gainer. basically do a cheat gainer but land on the kicking leg and when you land, turn a bit and kick with the leg you jumped off with. for example, stand on left, kick and flip with right. land on right then to a kick with the left. keep doing that and everytime you do it, spin more and more. when you do the 360 spin, just send it so it looks like a cork. then you would have learnt 2 moves :)
