Megasnoop I miss toontown online it had a big part on my childhood it helped make me not bored while I have infusions in me, infusions are where you have 1-3 shots put in you that is filled with medicine. I was about 5-6 when I started infusions and now I'm 12 and I'm still having infusions and infusions helps me from being sick and dying at the age of 12. Now without toontown online it's sad to me when I have to play toontown offline and toontown rewritten is broken for me and I'm still waiting for the developers to fix it. Toontown online was great and had a big part on my childhood and I wish it was still here ;-(

I could, however, be wrong since I'm no programmer for toontown, but toontown rewritten took long enough for golf, so based off that that's how I see it.

I'm willing to bet that the head statue outside of the sellbot factory was originally meant for the cashbot factory since it looks like a tightwad's head. I'm not saying this was the case, but I think it's too much of a coincidence.

UPDATE! Now thinking about it, the head statue could've actually been for Lawbots. This is because the head statue has a bowtie-esque design. Furthermore, the head kinda looks like a Big Wig's head minus the wig, as if it's an incomplete head being made in a factory.

this is probably known, but in one of the python files from tto, there's a list of value things that reads: FactoryTypeLeg = 'Leg' FactoryTypeArm = 'Arm' FactoryTypeTorso = 'Torso' MintFloorTitle = 'Floor %s' i looked around, and this seemingly has nothing to do with the suit parts you get from factories, so unless i looked in the wrong places, this looks like a list of Cog HQ factories. and because the head factory people are mentioning is gone and the only thing similar is the mint floor, i believe that sellbot was leg, bossbot was arm, cashbot was head, and lawbot was torso. if i'm wrong about this, somebody PLEASE correct me, because this is just the code we've been using for years and i'm surprised nobody has noticed it.

I've been fascinated with this topic, and I'm surprised no one has noticed this comment. With the asset and source code leak of 2020, I wonder if there have been more pieces discovered to this lost concept, since for one example, some of the SBHQ background textures have full models that have never been seen until the "Spotify" leak. It really makes you think how far along the devs got with the Cog HQ concept before cutting it down to the Sellbot Headquarters.

Maybe the head is at the front of the factory because it isn't part of the suit disguise. It would be just a general monument for the factory. If it would have been the leg factory, it wouldn't make much sense to be able to obtain a torso or an arm piece from it since it seems to be more specific.

I don't know if this is true, but I think the original SBHQ Factory model will be used in Project Altis. It was featured in a video by Dank Mickey named "ToonFest: Bad Future," where this factory model stands in where the ToonFest Tower did.

I swear I saw the giant fist over the center silo of the factory as a kid... one day it was just gone and I assumed they removed it, but it always seemed incomplete from then on. To hear that the giant fist never went beyond the concept art phase feels weird, because when I watched this video for the first time and saw that concept art, it was the EXACT fist I remembered, making it feel a bit strange. I think I’ll just chalk this one up to the Mandela Effect.

I honestly am like a ToonTown Fanatic or something. Tbh, I would've loved to see an arm or leg factory. I've gone through the current factory for so long and I've realized how kind of boring it is. I mean, it might be the exact same, but I'd like to have this version and the other. I'd want to compare. All the ideas you pitch about stuff in toontown get me hyped up and I start to theorize. Like the field offices, there could've been a bossbot thing like with the Sellbot thing. I'd think that the Corporate Raiders would be the best for those. As for the manhole covers in all the HQs, i'm hoping that someone from the TTR team watches it and thinks about how they could implement the chairman. You could go through countless fights before seeing the chairman. Of course maybe there would be a toon there before you go in to buy gags from. Then during the Chairman fight, he would send out cogs from each genre(?) and then after that he could use attacks from each boss. Something like that maybe. Idk. Don't listen to me. I'm just a weirdo. XD

Doodle were actually in the original Disney Toontown Online. They acted as pets that, if you trained correctly, would heal you in battle. Joey has said the reason they aren't in the game yet is because they keep crashing/ freezing the game when ever they are put in Toontown Rewritten.
