That part from "The Mean Six" is the evidence we need to reveal why the Tree of Harmony was active during the events of "School Raze". If the Mane Six were actually destroyed, the the Tree of Harmony would look for new bearers. That is what the Student Six ended up with. If only if Twilight and her friends discover Chrysalis and the Mean Six, the fight would be alot different.

I have small theory for you. You see about Luna cutie mark ,I remembered ,when give his magic Twilight ,lose cutie mark but lose just moon not black but when Starlight change Luna and Celestia cutie mark has changed and black.That's can be interesting theory.

​@@WindStriker 1:12 through 1:33 technically speaking any multiverse can exist even before people start messing around with time because since any multiverse is infinite that means even if you mess with time you're just causing your universe to basically copy some other universe's course of history, and in case you think you're creating a completely different history for your universe it's not, and it isn't unique because there's a 10^10^29 power chance of an exact atom to atom copy of our entire universe out there in the multiverse meaning almost infinite just 10^10^29 power of the way there universe's (if you include our own universe) are doing the exact same thing meaning if something as small as one atom changes in our universe in almost infinite just 10^10^29 power of the way there - 1 other universes the exact same thing happens, So you're technically speaking not correct. 😅😅😂😂🤣🤣

The Mean 6's Cutie marks also changed like Applejack had three green apples as her cutie mark instead of three red apples, Rainbow Dash's cutie mark was upside down and Fluttershy had three blue butterflies instead of three pink butterflies etc.

Though... it is an alternate universe, so anything could be possible. Especially with a being like Discord I'm so freaking excited about multiverse stuff! IN the comic theres a 4-5 tree of harmony,in comic Twilight make a group of 4 to travel some un-explore kingdom,places and the first is applejack and his friend go to Farasian and found elements of harmony in the tree,Abyssinian lead by fluttershy and pinkie,Ornithia lead by Rainbow,Diamond Dog kingdom lead by Rarity (i still dont finifh reading the comic) i think the tree of harmony has conneced to each places and have true representing creature.((1 is in the Equestria,1 is in Temple in Farasi-home of Zebra and Zecora is representing Magic,1 in the Abyssinian-Home of Cats and home of Capper the Cat and there he representing Generosity,1 in Ornithia-home of birds/Captain Celaeno who also representing i guess and 1 from Diamond Dog kingdom)),Its just sad that the center of tree of harmony has already died and killed by King Sombra

havent finsihed the video but, the cutie map probably stayed cause starlights spell was cast onto the table, starlight didnt change, neither did spike or twilight because they were relevent in the spell, I think that whatever played a part in the casting of the spell remained the same, because, starlight didnt just go to the past, she inserted herself there

you know how in return of harmony how the Elements didn't work, well that was when Twilight was a Unicorn, well now Twilight can use the Elements on her own now since she is an alicorn because alicorns have enough magic to use the elements with out the rest so if return of harmony happened after magical mystery cure then the failed attempt wouldn't of happened
