Hi Hale, Experiencing your releasing session today made me realize how far I have come since the year 2000 when I first discovered the Sedona Method. At that time, I was a bundle of nerves and anxiety ridden to the state of often being paralyzed with fear. I was looking for anything that would relieve me of that psychic pain. When I released with you back then thru your cassette tapes, I seem to have so much more to release then than I did today 22 years later. The anxiety and fears I possessed then have slowly vanished over the years. The tightness and limitation caused by fear that I use to feel in my shoulders is no longer there. I am now at the stage where I do not feel I could go back to that stage of irrational nervousness; even if I tried. My mind has evolved to the point where there is no going back. It is as though I have simply unlearned that bad behavior. I want to thank you for carrying on the work of Lester Levenson and rescuing me from that awful life. I attended a seven-day retreat with you in Sedona AZ in March of 2002. I also attended a three-day conference you held in San Francisco in 2012. It was at that time when I could really appreciate the progress I had made through my observance of other attendees and the psychological problems they displayed.

This comment inspires me to apply the Sedona Method more and more in my life. Thanks for this

@@sovereignkroova You’re welcome. I think it works commensurate with the strength of one’s desire to rid himself of the involuntary feelings that surface and negatively impacts behavior. I was desperate. Good luck to you.

how is letting go different than control , get rid of , wanting to change , trying to fix etc ...? a " method " is by definition a doing , a learning to go from one situation to another , so how to understand the contradiction or it is a non doing and is letting go letting be ?
@TheSedonaMethod2 жыл бұрын
Yes, letting go is the same as letting be.

By releasing tension, fear and anxiety it can support health. However, The Sedona Method does not claim to diagnose, treat or cure any physical or mental health disease.

hi Hale when i am busy releasing i start yawning, tears are rolling from my eyes and i am releasing lot of gas lol. Is it normal? Then a sudden emptiness and silence surrounds me and i enter a peaceful state. As a police official i struggled with ptsd for a long time. with the Sedona Method i am making peace with memories of horrible crime scenes ive carried for a long time.

This is Delilah Praete, and yes Jaquan what you report about your releasing experiences are normal. Lots of people have the same experiences. Sounds like you are doing great with your releasing process. Your share about your gains will inspire many.
