It’s never got back to how it was before... I still spray out on the regular.

Similar happened to me and the missus in Bangkok Thailand after eating street food. I was shitting for days. I managed to tank enough immodium to stop me shitting myself on the night flight home. I had a twin room, went to bed, woke up at 2am and I'd managed to shit the bed! Must of farted in my sleep or something. Not only that, once I'd cleaned myself up and got back to bed in the other single bed in the room, I managed to shit that one up too! Spent the rest of the night in the bath, just in case.
