didnt like the sheriffs behaviour with him. he offered to pay instantly hes also a doctor i doubt he had any malicious intent from the get go, taking his keys etc and being rude to him when theyre nice to some other people that scream. biased and i wonder why 🤔

@@fsu3941 These guys are Officers of the High Court, they must act with the gravitas of that role. They are there to collect a debt not make friends. For the sake of the debtor they need to be clear and to the point the longer they are there the debt goes up as ifees are added. Those fees are set by the court and must be paid. Every day they will hear people say I am going to pay and not all are going to be telling the truth. This is no vicarage garden collection These guys have a lot of power . They are charged to remove property and can bankrupt debtors, so people need to know they mean business.

The letters dont have account details because they make more money repossessing and tacking on huge fees on top of everything. They arent going to make it easy to pay, it would defeat the scam.

The Doctor may well have been right about the tennants doing the wrong thing, however he is no angel. It always amazes me how some people are very willing to pay a debt, but only after being chased and put in the position of losing a car. He knew darn well how to make a payment. He just wasn’t going to unless forced to do so.
