In some places this sounds like proto-punk, and at it's most standard punk it sounds '76 in style, yet it was recorded around 82-83 and released in 83, an era where punk had long either become some variant of hardcore or post punk, this is made too far from when most punk bands sounded like this, yet too early from when stuff like this started being revived in certain places at the very end of the 80's..... it's just odd, standing all alone around the time it was made... that is unless it was actually recorded earlier but a certain song timestamps the year 1982 and it says 1983 on the sleeve, weird.
