I just wanted to make a quick correction in this video. At one point, I mention that an innocent person would agree to a lie detector test. I'm not saying a person "should" agree. In fact, the answer should always be no even if you are innocent. My point was that an innocent person in his position who is not familiar with the law would want to do everything in their power to help the police even if that means taking a lie detector test. It was, unfortunately, worded incorrectly. I hope this clears that up. People call 911 for price tag disputes at Wal-Mart. It's on the caller to push the dispatcher's training response button. Weather it ought to be or not is irrelevant. The vast majority of 911 calls are not emergencies and get re-routed to the normal non-emergency response lines. You the caller need to impress the nature of your emergency onto the dispatcher, after you do that, you'll get the response you "expected" Or you can go vote for someone to fire those types of dispatchers, whatever works for you, just don't complain when 911 becomes even more ridiculous.
