Scout Troopers do generally have a sense of superiority in the fact that they are better trained, and better equipped, so it's natural for them to stare down the regular troopers.

I love the fact you used scout troopers for this. Canonically scout troopers are supposed to have a superiority complex and be rather douche-y. If they are considered more “elite” than the average trooper,or something like that.

Which I guess they would be more elite. They are all given Stormtrooper training, but also swoop bike pilot training, recon training, and sniper training. Which Stormtroopers are already well trained shock troops above the average imperial army trooper, so it's basically like taking all the US marines First Recon, making them snipers and helo pilots too, then expecting them to look at the average marine as the same. At least not functionally no. I wonder if scouts get training when they start at the academy,or if they just get lucky enough to live through enough battles and get the promotion. If the latter is true they are kinda just gutless cowards lol. Most troopers who survive combat do it out of sheer fortune and good circumstances. It’s almost never because we got some master chiefs in the empire who are popping rebels left and right.

Y'know, this was great fun and all, but I almost think the part that I appreciate the most isn't even explicitly shown. I mean... Darth Vader saw R2-DV. And he affected an air of menace, promising that 'someone is going to die for this'. And yet, vader still hasn't actually stopped R2-DV from happily rolling around the station with its little cape and breathing sound effect. This makes me unreasonably happy.

If I may ask a question... I'm retiring in the next few years (I'm a programmer). I was thinking of programming an indy game as my retirement job. Right now I'm comparing engines and of course Unreal is the god tier. How many of the visual assets are you able to buy vs have to create yourself and how much did they cost?

I know that I'm not the person you asked, but I can answer this question. If I'm being real? Even AAA game studios prefer to get their assets off the internet vs. making their own, it's more time/cost-effective. You really only create your own assets using something like Blender when you can't find what you need or are making something totally original. The Epic Games store is a place to buy Unreal assets, and they even give away free assets monthly. There are plenty of other places to get good free assets. My custom Death Star playset also has a bar included, but rather than a fancy sign on a door, it's got a hazard warning on it's access hatch (the same label from the cut scene in ESB) with some neon green paint spilled on the floor in front of the hatch to keep Officers away.
