Helen Krane lol yes that’s how it happened with me like a year ago. Watched a video of his not knowing I had just stumbled across greatness. He’s truly THE BEST TEACHER on KZbin for this stuff. And he’s so kind and patient and the channel means so much to him, he works so hard on it. The video that drew me in was his feather and fan stitch video. The crochet one. Though with his help I’ve learned to knit after trying for over a decade. There’s a beautiful knit feather and fan stitch. If I were rich I would sponsor him in a flash!

You do some (very exciting crochet stitches!) To be honest I got (really bored with chrochet.) 😕 Good old KZbin is RE-enighting me to learn all the stitches I've since learned that I had no clue were even possible and avilable to choose from. Some of your crochet it just beautiful. ☺🐑🐏 I'm mostly Knitting these days but my daughter finally wants to learn too, so using some of your videos to teach her. You are definatly making my desire to crochet again, thanks!!!! It is definately more appealing again now that its not just merely four to six stitches that I previously only knew about. So thanks VERY kindlY!!!!!

In the Victorian times, this stitch was known as the "crazy stitch" and was a favorite for sweaters, afghans, mutts etc. It was fast and warm, which is still a good reason to use it.
