4:42 7 Questions to ask yourself to check if you have codependency: 1- Do I feel obligated / compelled to help my partner above myself? 2- Do I tend to to over prioritize my partner’s need & wants ? 3- Do I let my partner over prioritize my needs & wants? 4- Do I on a regular basis feel ashamed of who I am ? 5- Do I consistently try to control the outcomes of other people when I feel helpless/ guilty? 6- Do I have a hard time asking for help? 7- Do I often avoid talking about my problems in an open & honest way ?
