Thank you. I have the deficiency n on supplements right now. Having til n mashrooms also. I m 76 years young n doing yoga m meditation in Bramha muhurat. Had a fall n hurt my back n arms so can't do much of yoga but joined your 6 days online. 😊 Thnx once again

Your indepth knowledge and presentation skill will definitely pave success in your journey of Yoga. One important ingredient is 1,25 DCC which is essential to maintenance of calcium in blood as it binds calcium. Acidic nature of body withdraws calcium from bones to bring it to neutral state.

I got to know through bloodtest which we usually do every year . i started to sun exposure but not started supplements yet .the problems you explained i m facing also .hoping i can get enough sun exposure and improve my vitamin d3 ..plz make vedio on this topic and also vitamin b12..🥰💕

Refined oil is the cause of fat soluble Vitamin D depletion. Replace refined oil with cold processed oil (kachi ghani).

Hi, thanks for posting this important video... As i am deficient in Vitamin D but unable to take supplements such as D360 which upsets the stomach. Just checking if you are aware of any supplements from Ayurveda which doesn't have any side effects.. Thanks again
