Improve Diet avoid inflammatory processed foods and junks. 2Add anti-inflamatory foods greens, fruits, nuts and seeds, whole grains, beans, high fibre foods. 3 cold press coconut oil 4 add spices like turmeric, dalchini, laung, kali mirch, ginger garlic 5 turmeric tea, chemomile tea, blue butterfly, ginger tea 6 Regular exercise 40 min minimum 7 Stress Management yoga, pranayam, brisk walk 8 Good sleep, haldiwala doodh, avoid mobile before sleep, yog nidra. 9 Hydration. Have enough water.
