SIR,please can you tell that wether virtual and unlockable commercial spaces are a good investment
@jumpformbyyashtalreja6342 жыл бұрын
Hi, I think you should look into the concept of Fractional Ownership, seems like the same concept as "unlockable" commercial spaces. Since this segment is new, it could just be a different name. I have a video on my channel and a podcast episode about Fractional Ownership, you can start there!

Thank you so much for this information. It offered me new perspective on what’s possible for real estate. But like you said, senior housing/faculties are really for affluent families. I would love to develop a model that could serve the everyday man.

Hey Yash I am an aspiring real estate investor based out of Kolkata. Having recently graduated from Warwick Business School, I plan to start actively investing/flipping real estate for monthly cash flow and short term gains. I recently came across your channel and find your content really informative. In a country like India, one finds it very difficult to find a mentor, especially in the real estate industry. Is it possible for me to connect with you on LinkedIn, allowing me to discuss investment opportunities and seek guidance when required. Thank you!

Hi Mudit, you can send me a message on LinkedIn, would be happy to answer your questions! You can also have a look at the video I've made about the BRRRR strategy, and how it may not apply perfectly in India, since you mentioned flipping houses.
@muditbhagat88912 жыл бұрын
@@jumpformbyyashtalreja634 Nice to hear from you! I absolutely agree with you when it comes to the BRRRR strategy because of the low rental yields in the residential sector coupled with high interest rates. However, since the real estate sector is highly informal, I feel there is a chance to make 10-12% returns by buying distresses apartments and selling them within a year for short term gains. I agree that this strategy has drawbacks- finding such a deal can be difficult, selling within a short duration if time may not be possible etcetera. This is the reason I focus on commercial properties as these have fairly higher rental yields, making refinancing a viable option. I have messaged you on LinkedIn with a few follow up questions. Thank you for your help!
