what a wonderful surprise to win the first drawing for a sample of the silver ore from the silver king mine, I had just completed reading Jack San Felice book put my name in for the drawing and wow my name was drawn. many thanks for the wonderful book and now some real evidence of the actual mine. I am thrilled an would like to visit the area to see it first hand. At 87 yrs old I appreciate the past history of a great America. Thank you all again, I'll keep reading every segment of the history.

Great story! I grew up in this area. I worked for an eventual owner of the mine back in the 90s when I was straight out of HS. Thanks for the great video

Charlie, I lived in Tucson then Mesa in the early 2000's and frequented the Superstition's. My Mother in Law lives off Goldfield Rd. Although I never was one to look for The Lost Dutchman I did revel in the history. I look forward to going back out West, and so amazed at your show. Keep up the good work sir!

Jack may own a silver mine but he's a gold mine of information on Superstition Mountain history..

Thanks, River. One correction is that Jack represents a concern in the mine but the Deen family owns it.
