Idk if it will be worth $40 but its a whole lot more than a few interactions. I would reserve judgement until after you've actually seen the gameplay, not a 2 minute teaser.

yea, I Picked that up straight away, and I like that. though it has a "low quality" Visual effect at the sides to make it Clear that it is Vibrating, but yea. the actual Mesh for the Bed is animating there lol

I started laughing so hard when it played what the dinosaurs sounded like instead of the name pronunciation 😂 I’m super pumped for this pack! I can’t wait for the gameplay trailer so we can see more features. I think the rent a room thing is something you can visit because I think the floral room where they woo-hooed in the heart bed is one of those rooms. But that sim seems to be a little frisky so it could be her bedroom. Edit: I also think the female sim that Manuel kissed who then kissed the other guy was showing that sims can be polyamorous but it probably plays into the turn-offs that Manuel doesn’t like that type of relationship so that’s why he hid his face.

They said there's 3 new woohoo spots - 1 is the blanket, 1 is the closet but we don't know the third so that's probably the 'hotel'. If it had a regular bed that wouldn't count. The good thing is if it's a rabbit hole maybe we'll get custom moodlets for it

Love how into depth deli goes with these trailers. I miss so much when I watch them myself. BTW I think the bed actually vibrates! 🫨If you look at the bed at 20:38 I definitely see a ripple 😂 but don't know if that's normal animation or not because I don't normally pay attention 😂 This pack though to me screams sims 2! the quirky wall paper patterns the bed the lip sofa 👄 just loving the look of it so far 😍

I'm really loving the look of this pack. The outfits/hair/objects look amazing. However, I was a bit disappointed to read that the new career will be "off screen" and not an active career, more like Dream Home Decorator. Still looking forward to new content though. Also can't wait to see a saucy let's play for this.

I think it was probably just for the trailer, but it would be AMAZING if they brought back woohoo for Grimm - it was originally possible in the sims 4 until they patched it out very shortly after release. I still remember the patch notes when they had to remove woohoo with Grimm because they cracked me up.

Love your reaction and James in the background saying "Don't look!" took me out. XD It's almost as if The Sims Team FINALLY remembered their game is supposed to be for Teen+ people. XD. Also Deli you could have used the original song from the trailer in your video. It is a Simlish original song (meaning the song only exists in Simlish) so you will NOT be copyrighted for it! It is a safe song to use just like all the other Simlish original songs in the game. :) Thanks for the great content! ^__^

I think everyone overestimates how much is allowed in a Game Pack vs an Expansion Pack. We've had this come up when Horse Ranch came out (possibly with Growing Together too?). Like people don't realize that you can add way more animations/assets and a bigger world in an Expansion Pack, while a Game Pack is much smaller. Like if Lovestruck was a Game Pack it would probably just be online dating with possibly a vacation world and a few Build Buy/CAS but nothing else. Think how Dream Home Decorator is just the career with some Build Buy/CAS but no world, or how Jungle Adventure and Outdoor Retreat is only a vacation world.

Tbh, I joined The Sims 4 pretty late (about 2018) and I still can't tell the difference between GP and EP. Werewolves has tons of content and the world is similar to Copperdale from HSY (maybe fewer lots?), whereas some GP have minimal stuff. There's no consistency. I'm going to wait for the Gameplay Trailer/livestream and pack reviews before I make a judgement though.

Yeah I think with all the systems they basically had to do an expansion. Systems take a long time to program. But hopefully we will see the systems more soon and get an idea how complex/fun they are and hear about cross-pack compatibility (bc there's already a lot of stuff to do in the different expansions, the question is if they will be included and if the activities you pick play a role in how successful the date is).

The other issue people don't seem to consider is inflation. There is simply NO WAY Maxis can deliver the same content in an EP today that they did ten years ago. Wages, health insurance, building rent, all overhead, has gone up MASSIVELY in the last ten years, ESPECAILLY around Redwood City, CA. No company anywhere, is delivering the same product for the same price as they did 10 years ago. I don't understand why EA has fixed the prices of their packs, but they're stuck with them now. It just means the content will shrink. Please understand this, everyone.

But since they're a couple as of now and most likely share their earnings and whatnot the $ technically goes to both even though whoever's code you use it gives them the $. But I wish the $ would be equally distributed to whoever you pick so you can help more then one out. I haven't used a creators code yet. Mostly because I forgot to, but when I do I plan to put all my favorites in a bowl and pick one or something like that.

Love a new city, for sure some Latin vibes, maybe Puerto Rico or Rio with all the dancing 💃🏻 It seems like this extension has a lot of items from previous sims games (love bed, bear rug, lip sofa) and… this case with a costumes really reminds me of a similar suitcase from Sims 1 House party! The hangout they go to for the date almost look like a love motel where you can rent rooms (and they do mention that in the blog post) but I don't want to let myself get too excited so maybe it's just a house party! EDIT: But then I saw Mónica's family on a picture next to the bed. Unless she takes her family pictures with her into love motels I'm guessing they are in her bedroom.
