One of our teams did this activity recently and it was by far our most productive meeting of the year. Highly recommend!

First of all, thanks for saving my life 😩. I had a meeting in about an hour and absolutely no preparation for my team. I didn't want to cancel and this was a great fit for us. We talked about a lot of good stuff and I was able to address real concerns. #KZbinNation #KZbinForTheWin

While I've done this exercise many times, I loved hearing your take on it and will definitely supplement them into our next live meeting in two weeks! We're going to work on effectiveness of a field medical team to better refine and recruit patients for clinical studies in rare disease. Thanks for your great content!!

Great exersice! I've used it with my team twice and I can't find any similar exersice that focuses on processes. All I can find are the typical bonding games. Does anybody have a suggestion of another similar exercise?

It's a good idea. I think that acknowledgement is important so one thing that can be added to begin this exercises that everyone writes about the positive things that they've contributed. It should be anonymous because if maybe someone has contributed five things and one person has contributed nothing or one thing, they can start to feel ashamed.

This is extremely useful in a work context especially is you have nothing in common with your colleagues and otherwise don't really chat but need the team to move forward together. However, I'd do a "lite" version of this with my partner - far too regimented an existence for my liking; spontaneity is to be cherished!

Vanessa, I have a challenge for you. I work in a shop full of machines and not in an office. My coworkers do not wear dress shirts and such and some have simple personal hygiene issues. I manage much of the work and many employees, and although personality types are the same cast of characters as in any office, I find it hard to motivate and manage some of these ruff guys. Can you do a video about leading in an environment like this? Hope you're not afraid to get your hands dirty.

Hi Vanessa, Based on your facial profile your temperament appears to be a bilious with a slightly nervous cast (slanted back forehead) Your Overall face shape seems to be somewhere between oblong /oval. Which is Neptune/sun. But I guess you already know all that.
