I always like watching these videos, and figure out what I might do to improve it. And I always snag the templates. There are some things I will not be able to improve, obviously. Danny does a teriffic job. The cards, candy boxes, newspapers, and Quibblers are awesome. But for an example, I made an altered version of the wand box he made, and instead of skinning it with the printed paper, I used vinyl pleather to give it a better feel. This one I really want to make, but probably with a thin plywood instead of cardboard. And use orange, green, and blue wood stains instead of the paper skin. Thank you, Danny for the start of brilliant ideas!

Besides making the drawers a bit smaller so the box can close properly, I'd cover or paint the raw edges of the cardboard before putting the labels on. You can squeeze glue into the corrugations and flatten the cardboard with heavy books - makes it thinner and sturdier. Then paint the edges and the front faces so it's all neat and tidy. Just a suggestion!

If you look at the original prop the interior boxes are about 1/4 inch smaller. That's what I did on mine so that it would close properly. Also the sides should be top green/bottom orange on the fever fudge panel and top blue/ bottom green on the nosebleed nougat panel. Not solid colors.

You probably didn't realize obviously that you'd forgotten to add in the width of the cardboard when you stick say a 7" square on top of a 7" square and then you try to add walls to that and then stick another 7 in square inside of those walls what you have to realize is those walls have a measurement they take up space so do any walls that you would create be a drawers or anything like this is to see normal part of construction. When building a house we have to take into account the fact that a circular saw blade takes out a certain amount of product and changes the measurement of the board we have to account for framing and a multitude of information. This is why our math teachers constantly tell us you do use match in the real world. Awesome video man! We all make mistakes at least you had the b@*&$ to show the world your mistakes.
