Nice video. Bobby test flew my Husky and is the only other person that’s flown my plane besides me. He also did my Husky check out when I picked mine up at the factory. Great dude.

XO team. Do you know if you can use the inverter without the gasoline engine automatically kicking on? This is a huge step as is, however, I can see the truck turning on during campsite quiet hours if you have a fridge plugged in overnight. Or just waking you up at night. Thanks

It would be nice with two modes. One that just turns the inverter off after the battery is depleated enough and another mode as is where it kicks on the gas engine. I want to avoid getting kicked out of a campsite because my truck keeps turning on at night disturbing everyone sleeping.

@@_purge9488 Most campsites say no gas engines after 8pm so it doesnt matter about how loud you think you are. No gas engines period.

@@Felix0770 that's why a supplemental power station like ~1300kwh unit makes sense to have slid into the back seat rear well, especially if you're setup at a camp w/curfews. The iForceMax hybrid battery is only 1.87kwh, so do the math on your power consumption. A typical electric space heater would last only 1.25 hours on that battery.... But 'generator mode' on these iForceMax engines is huge; I thought they weren't doing it initially, but this is a great feature for those clutch moments when you need to pull a gallon of gas for an hour straight. For wintertime camping, heat, survival, clutch situations.

Really the only issue with these trucks is the dealer markup keeping average people priced out. My local Toyota dealer sold a TRD Pro Tacoma for 77k recently. Hopefully Toyota can get that fixed and more people can get into these great trucks.

Though slightly more expensive than the Tacoma, there is no dealer markup on the Aviat Husky - and it's a much more exciting off-road adventure machine!
