hahahha i know!! tell me about it... Especially this year when so many groups had comebacks and debuts. I had to say goodbye to my sleep time for awhile... The time difference is such a huge gap I swear I only got 2 hours sleep sometime. #International fan problems

"Real adult life" as if High schools today don't give you enough stress and work. Jobs differ and you will find many jobs which will give you enough time to sleep properly, can't say the same about high schools in most countries. ​@@YellowBriefs

Including travel to and from school, that leaves 13-14 hours in a day. 8-10 hours of sleep leaves 3-4 hours to do whatever. There's plenty of time to sleep.

​@Gandhi_Physique depends on where you live some people have some really long commutes to school Also not to mention homework which if you're actually taking school somewhat seriously will prbly take up at least in hour though probably a lot more (especially around finals, tests etc) And there's sports And jobs And teenagers generally want to do something remotely simulating in the day

I keep a sleep schedule next to my bed. I write when i get in my bedroom when I fall asleep. If I wake up in the night and when. When I wake up for good. And when I leave my room. Last night i went to bed at 12:48 am and woke up at 6:58 am.❤

Interestingly I always wake up a few minutes before my alarm and I don't drink coffee or any of that; even if I go to bed a bit too late and I know I didn't get enough sleep. However, it takes me an average of a solid hour to fall asleep. Even when I go to bed exhausted, it's at least thirty minutes, and I can count on one finger the amount of nights it took fewer than twenty minutes.

No, I couldn’t tell because those camera blinks were the only thing I was paying attention too. Also I get 8-10 hours of sleep. It takes me an hour to sleep.

I think I've gotten a lot better at sleep. I definitely noticed the bus and the houses. Not the kid but that's because I was distracted by the bus and the houses. I didn't usually fall asleep that quickly, but I do fall asleep much more quickly than I used to. I can wake up without an alarm, but usually a bit later than I prefer to wake up. Although sometimes I wake up earlier or right on time. Depends a bit on the day.

Your case is far better than mine.. My tutions are from 3pm to 8pm and after that I have to study in the early morning or late night cus it is getting harder day by day moreover our session is gonna start next month in early morning so total screen time for online class will be 10 hour+5 hour self study Litrelly with no sleep and I think I am insomanic gosh

failed the test twice. when he said that, it turns out, the bus was changing color, I rewinded the video and, in fact, this happened. I guessed that this was not the only detail that was changing and still couldn’t tell the difference. after, he said that the buildings were disappearing and it finished me off

Me too. I have narcolepsy, which is a sleep disorder categorized by excessive daytime sleepiness. I can get anywhere from 7 to 12 hours of sleep and off my meds, I am still extremely tired.

@Jessica Sutcliffe No, American schools start at 9:05 (at least to every school I've herd of) but buses arrive at 6:30 - 7:30 for most ppl which goes against science. What's worst is (from what I know) Elementary school kids have to wake up earliest as their bus comes first in the rounds, which goes horribly wrong... again goes against science as younger kids need more of a 10 hour sleep rather than 8.

I’m a chronic insomniac. I have been my whole life. It got so bad during college that I developed epilepsy. Now I take medicine every day to control my seizures and another every night to help me sleep. Yes it’s melatonin, but my neurologist approved, and it’s been working for over a year

How to know if you're sleep-deprived: 1). Check closet for presence of lab coat. 2). Check desk for course material related to biology/chemistry/physics/engineering/medicine. If either is present, you're sleep-deprived.

Joke's aside, please try to get sufficient sleep so you don't experience these blackouts. My father's friend was exhausted while driving home and unfortunately died in a fatal car accident and it's theorized that he was experiencing blackouts from a lack of sleep. He was also recently engaged to his girlfriend and had many plans for the future. Sleep is so important, so please do your best to get enough of it by doing things such as setting up a healthy sleep schedule and not going on electronics before bed.

This is only my experience but i usually sleep better after drowning myself in KZbin videos. I watch shower thoughts and oversimplified before i go to bed and before i even know it I'm already asleep. I'm an early bird also so i sleep around 9-10pm and wake up at 6am.

I feel bad for people who actually take hours to fall asleep. this may sound cliché but maybe trying turning off all your devices an hour or 30 mins before you sleep, prepare to go to bed (like brushing ur teeth), and turn off all your lights then try to sleep. It worked for me a lot of times. or try just not to think of anything when trying to sleep. I don't know, or if it's really a big problem in your life, talk to your doctor about it, it could be more serious

In class i would have been able to fall asleep instantly on the most uncomfortable chairs known to man, bright lights in my face and freezing to death. It took all of my willpower to keep awake. But as soon as i got home, i wasnt tired at all until past midnight. Then in the morning the cycle continues.
