I would never turn my nose up to gold, but for those tiny amounts, silver is a bit more practical. I'd consider these more of a novelty. Other than Goldbacks, of which I have a pair, the smallest gold I have is a Canadian Maplegram.

Sounds like they have a 200-300% premium. So I think they are more of a novelty than for stacking. I like the social security card packaging. They’re cool, but I would not buy them myself, I’d rather buy a Merc. Still cool for handouts. 🔥🦈🌊

Well you have me beat, that is the smallest gold. I have one of those but it’s 1/2 grain. This is definitely a novelty item, or like you said it. It could make a good gift for a kid, for a birthday, or like you said a giveaway. I like the goldbacks too, mostly because they have a nice design and look. But both are not good for stacking, better to go with traditional coins, eagles, maples, Britannia’s, ect….. That would be cool if you were able to do a partnership with them.
