Just to make sure: Lee Soo Man is not the CEO, he's the founder and head producer. Since SM was incorporated in 1995 there's been a string of CEOs, none of them LSM.

LSM is SM artists father figure and a very good mentor to them. It's the ceos (multiple of them) that mismanage the artists. If someone as sassy as Key respects LSM and still stay in SM, im sure LSM is a decent person at least. (I mean successful artists like SJ, TAEYEON, and EXO who clearly don't need SM to thrive now still choose to stay in SM. Even ex-SM members like Tiffany, Seohyun and Soo young still join SMTOWN concert.
