If you want an improved version of Sonic CD with a Super form, you can use Sonic CD Miracle Edition with the 2011 decompilation. It's not a one-button solution but there's other mods you can add onto it. I'd recommend not using anything that changes the level design as I think practicing with the mechanics of the levels can improve your navigation skills, but it's up to you!

I see here r most ppl suggesting you should play with JP soundtrack. While NOBODY gives a single credit to the US one?? I mean yeah The JP sure is better, I prefer that one. But not a single US appreciation and the video gets raided with them JP enjoyers? Im not saying that JP is bad, once again. But why does this game only become good if its played with jp soundtracks
