Directly after beating this weapons charge Tony accepts a fully automatic machine gun from Bobby which probaly has mandatory sentencing just to possess.
@gerwantofrivera37256 жыл бұрын
what is a "fully automatic machine gun"? Are there not "fully automatic" machine guns. let say single-action machinge guns? And, no, Tony did not get "machine gun" as a present. He got an automatic AR15 better known as M16 (or it could be M4 I don't remember exactly what he got)
@JGD7146 жыл бұрын
Bartosz Nowadays the AR-15 is different from the M16 and the M4. An automatic AR-15 would either be a really old original ArmaLite or Colt ArmaLite AR-15 or just an M4. Besides Tony got a modernized automatic AR-10, which under US Federal Law would classify as a machine gun regardless of the fact that under US Army manuals it would be a battle rifle.
@gerwantofrivera37256 жыл бұрын
Good to see your clarification. I did not know about that definition in US law (I'm from outside US) but I must say that it seems rather... well, what should I say, bizzare?
@JGD7146 жыл бұрын
Blame crazy gun-control nuts. They don't actually care about anything that makes sense and they managed to get US Federal Law to state that a machine gun is any automatic firearm and/or the parts that allow automatic fire on an otherwise semi-automatic firearm when used in said firearm. Thus an automatic lower and trigger group is the actual machine gun. It's so ridiculous someone actually managed to get a shoe string and key ring classified as a machine gun in the US for 3 years. Yes, that's right, in the US there existed a shoe string and key ring that used to be federally recognized as a registered, tax paid machine gun with serial and everything. Took them 3 years to overule that.

cocokai actually as a 54 year old mother of twenty year old twins I can tell you that meadow was the apple of their eye. She was the first to do well in college whether she became a lawyer or a doctor. She had smarts. The son was a putz entitled idiot which mimics Tony’s performance in school. He was never going to be a varsity player. You have no idea the importance and energy we put into you kids and then have to live with the outcomes. Meadow was a typical bitch to her mom because she was smarter and a daddy’s girl. Some teen girls do that for sport.

It's true and insane NJ bans HP ammo. It's LESS dangerous to shoot off defensively, especially in a neighborhood, because it'll expand and fly less through intermediate barriers. Translation: only the thing you hit with it gets hit, instead of flying on through a dozen layers of drywall and some car windows to get your 2 streets down neighbor in the gut and kill them as they eat breakfast.

What got the the most is that Hollow Point ammo is illegal in NJ. FMJ is more dangerous because if you shoot at someone it’ll go through them and maybe hit someone behind them. Hollow Point is good to stop the person attacking you or if you miss it’ll stop and won’t go through more walls.
