Charles Haddon (C.H.) Spurgeon (June 19, 1834 January 31, 1892) was a British Reformed Baptist preacher who remains highly influential among Christians of different denominations, among whom he is still known as the "Prince of Preachers." In his lifetime, Spurgeon preached to around 10,000,000 people, often up to 10 times a week at different places. His sermons have been translated into many languages. Spurgeon was the pastor of the New Park Street Chapel in London for 38 years. In 1857, he started a charity organization called Spurgeon's which now works globally. He also founded Spurgeon's College, which was named after him after his death.
Spurgeon was a prolific author of many types of works including sermons, an autobiography, a commentary, books on prayer, a devotional, a magazine, and more. Many sermons were transcribed as he spoke and were translated into many languages during his lifetime. Arguably, no other author, Christian or otherwise, has more material in print than C.H. Spurgeon.

i am a born again follower of Jesus Christ, who received only the FRUITS of the Spirit, and instead of the Gifts of the Spirit, i received the Marks of Christ upon my body from birth, now i patiently await my calling which is to be a servant of the LORD and walk with him wherever he goes.

Beautiful! I pray we have more workers like C.H. Spurgeon to gather the harvest, because there is a bountiful harvest, but the workers are few. I like what he said about using the difficult times and situations that will set people's hearts to hear the truth of the gospel, to use it like someone in the business world would cash in on a favorable opportunity. I pray that we will be like the wise servants who can redeem the time and bring the Lord a return on His investment.

i too pray for more workers like C.H. Spurgeon, however, in 2021 we are now filled with hirelings, and false prophets deceiving and being deceived. all being money mongers living lavish lifestyles, at the cost of the sheep. God bless susana.

Psalms 62.11 God hath spoken once, twice hath I heard this, that the power belongeth unto God. God desires to bless us and reveal his power to us. But the human condition attributes it to self, or self worth. It's an ongoing work that he does in us to make us perfect and incorruptible. Being constantly broken is a big player in this, its the way that must be, if we are to truly know his grace.
