I had an experience in grade 7 where my teacher, whom I adored, completely humiliated me in front of the entire class when I asked a question. After that, I withdrew and never felt comfortable speaking out in front of more than a couple of people. Since I began my spiritual and healing journey, I have been pushing myself more and more out of my comfort zone and through those fears. To the point that after many nudges from the Universe, I finally started speaking on camera and putting myself out there in an incredibly vulnerable way on KZbin. I have SO much resistance to it but I know that means that it’s even more important to do it. I finally just said “F#$& it!” last week, like this incredible woman did, and I shared some things I never thought I would ever share to the public in the hopes that my story will be able to help others.
