Thank you for this series of lectures. It is a complex topic, but each lecture brings my understanding to a new level. It must have been very hard work trying to simplify things.

I like his comments at the end mentioning when science "abolished " the Ether notion in the late 1800's but it came back through the back door in a relativistic notion again through the Higgs boson.

Did he just explain entanglement being solved as creating a generic anti quark. Are they getting something from nothing? Or will the anti quark rip the Quark field around existing protons?

Because the higgs boson is much more massive it requires a lot more energy to create one - about 125 GeV for a higgs compared to 0.0005 GeV for an electron. This is why we're driven to create ever larger particle accelerators. We need to create particles in order to study them, and the more massive a particle is the more energy we need to apply to create them.

Impossible to prove any thing moving 'backward in time'! (this is a hypothetical model, which is still unproven in reality other than by circular mathematics :)

How about quantum erasers? We duplicate the photon of a double slit experiment, but wait to record it until *after* the particle's waveform collapse has been recorded. If we record it, then when we look at the data, the photon behaved probabilistically. If we destroy that information instead, then the photon behaved like a waveform.

maybe that's why these people in the audience are there. discover a particle that moves them back in time. yeah this pseudoscience is full of improvable things, and crazy unnecessary explanations. first of all let them admit the aether exists

The whole universe is quantum mechanical and is governed by the SINGLE probability wave function, how planets revolve around their star, how photosynthesis produce food for all plants, how migrating robin navigate, how tadpoles grow limbs etc. Even our senses, our brain, all our cells are equipped with quantum computing capabilities,letting us survive and evolve Just as phase transition transforms non-life matter into life and consciousness, due to self-organizing and self-simulating property of matter, with perfection and with probability ONE, similarly the quantum field and possibly the Higgs field (symmetry and symmetry breaking) can self-simulate intelligent conscious 'observer', collapsing the field into fine tuned particles (matter), implying ID. Man and god are entangled.

Stricken by terror that its delicate intellect could be exposed to T shirts indicative of "other ideas", the pusillanimous eskilstuna fled the video, its eyes bulging and dorsal fin thrashing in anguish.

DaMav I can tell by your syntax and diction that you're really trying to write well beyond what you're actually capable of. It's that obvious. Eskilstuna is a town so it should be capitalized, you don't need to put quotes around "other ideas", indicative is just such a poor choice of a word and is indicative of someone trying to sound smarter than they really are (see, I used it in a more appropriate way).
@DaMav
@DaMav 10 жыл бұрын
eskilstuna0123 You fatuous twit. You didn't capitalize the city yourself in your moniker yet hurl stones from behind a house of glass panes in a failed attempt to boost your own sagging ego. You obviously don't know what "scare quotes" are. You cannot count since you refer to "other ideas" as "a word". And that's not to mention sarcasm, which obviously sailed effortlessly over your head. I'd repeat that you are a fatuous twit but I'll spare you the need to look the words up a second time. :-)

eskilstuna0123 Actually, when used in a taxonomic naming scheme the word would not be capitalized. Now what smarty pants?

He uses poor enunciation and grammar. He assumes the audience knows the definition of all the words he is using. He thinks in terms of math and this does not work in what he is trying to communicate on any level. Get simple or sound like gibberish, dude.
