About my videos: These videos are a resource for anyone wishing to wake up from the dream of separation. Awakening, enlightenment, and liberation are becoming far more mainstream possibilities than they once were. There are many good teachers out there, and if you resonate with the teachings of Eckhart Tolle, Rupert Spira, or Sadhguru, you might find resources here that address these deeper promptings to investigate your true nature.

Thank you. The force is strong with the pointing at the end of this video 🙏 I'm sitting with "I'm sad and I don't know why" - good practice for "just stay here" even when it's not comfortable. This pointing really helped. I was (am?)the kid with the antenna 😆

WOW! That was so powerful. The overwhelming urge to confirm this, to manifest 'other' to somehow validate this, is so palpable at first. Was delighted to finally recognise that true knowing is the knowing itself, always here, prior to the manifesting of a superfluous point of reference or separate witness. Thank you for this Angelo, may i say that your careful pointing and selfless guidance is beyond any conceivable measure of value and my gratitude flows freely with these tears of joy. I feel strangely unworthy but no longer clear on who exactly that unworthy one is and for some reason this is wildly hilarious.

I feel like one of the things that gives me the sense that I’m an individual (that there is a “me” here) is the fact or at least the seeming experience of having repetitive and consistent things in my life. Like if I think, “tomorrow I have to go to work early” and then sure enough the next morning I’m up and heading into the same job I go to daily…it certainly seems that many thoughts that come up end up being true. Granted, lots don’t end up being true as well. I guess it’s confusing because there are definitely thoughts that really do seem to refer to me. Like if I notice my stomach has gotten upset the last 4x I’ve eaten eggs and I think, “I probably should stay away from eggs because my stomach seems sensitive to them”. Am I supposed to not believe that thought? Is it not “me” and “my body” that’s experiencing this? And I hear that we’re creating a story with our minds out of things that happen, but even if I could go for 2 days straight without a single thought, wouldn’t I still feel a sense of time passing and of one thing moving into the next and if I went to work both days…even without formulating an actual thought about it, wouldn’t I still be aware of continuity and repetition…like the feeling of “I’ve been here before”?

Kristen, it’s not so much about stopping thoughts, as it is, not attaching to them. Thoughts will flow, but the Ego says,” I did that.” Then starts telling stories.

Exactly ... the thought that says don't eat reggs is waaay behind. The bodymind adjusts far earlier than the reflective mind says, "I did that!" And you are right the mind conveniently overlooks when it expects something that doesn't happen but takes creit when it does. It also backward extrapolates and changes it's preference in retrospect. This is being studied and proven again and again

@@birgit8996 you know Birgit, in all seriousness, I never knew just how much of a separate self was bound by thought. I've come to the realization that everything I know is a thought. Everything I believe is a thought. Every time I write something down it's a thought. Every time I open my mouth to say something profoundly stupid 💭... Silence is truth. All else is blah blah stories. I can see this. When I was experiencing my weekend existential crisis, the feeling I bought into, the feeling of dread and doubt was all thought. There was nothing to believe. There was just sensation happening in the body and it was nothing. I'm starting to finally get you! 🙏✨💛😊 You said it straight from the get go... It is only a thought. It's all just thoughts. Thoughts referring to an "I" which is the thought itself. Oh its so hard to describe what I mean because I'm using thoughts.

One more thingy. I know who I am. Its who I have always been. I exist and am aware of all things. What I am, without thoughts, is still aware and existing. It's here when I'm awake. It here when I speak, write... When I'm silent. I am always here. Things come and go within my knowing awareness. 👁️ I am the seeing. But these are all metaphors and concepts. I sense my being. I feel it. it has no identity and isn't a thing.

Good insight, let's take it further... Ever notice how your projecting mind doesn't appear in your dreaming, only the tv screen of that projection. Your true source projecting consciousness is non-locatable within dream reality? We think the mind is located within this TV screen of reality, but what if (thought experiment) _This_ is the screen/display/mirror...and the projector is not in it. Is the external reality "real" or is it a projection from... The body mind is part of the holograph/"VR head set" decoding an immersive reality. I've noticed some glitches in the matrix. 😃
