I am a gymnast and gymnastics coach for 31 years and I am 52 years old and still enjoy this amazing sport.

Hey man, i really enjoy your videos and i compete in the naigc and i coach. I was wondering if you have any srills for someone who ia trying to learn a basket to kip on p bars please?

Thank you so much! And nice, I compete in the naigc too. I never really tried too much a peach basket to kip, but would say that when you kick maybe try and kick at a 45 degree angle (not straight up or out). I would say it seems a little similar to a kip to an L on rings (which was also tricky for me) and a drill that can help with that is doing a muscle up staying in an L position the whole time (without letting your legs dip at all).
