?Question here. First off excellent video today. I am searching for a job out of state in areas I want to move to, such as Virginia. I am not ready to move yet and seeking to work remotely at least until I move and then switch to a hybrid role if needed. I am also willing to travel 1-4 times out of the year to the employer's office by plane. You made a video 2 years ago advising on how to do this, and I would like to know if that video still rings true now that we are out of the pandemic. The video was entitled "Should I apply to an out-of-state job if I don't want to move". I suppose I am asking because I am scared some manager will be angry that I applied when the position didn't say remote or hybrid. Thank you for your time Andy.

I was talking with someone this week who painted the image of walking with fear as a brother and not as an oppressor. By embracing my fear instead of letting my fear cripple me, I am able to find my true motivations, values, and even my doubts, and then approach obstacles armed with this information. I get to experience life as the 1 and not the 99! Thank you for doing the work you do! I know that you don't count the readers or subscriptions and measure that as success, so I want you to know that there are many, many people who are really thriving because of your dedication and commitment.
