What baffles me is how some police are so uninterested in this predatory behaviour. If I stole a chocolate bar from a shop and was caught, id be put in cuffs, taken away, charged and would be on my criminal record (I live in the UK) . But speaking to children in a sexual manner seems to be ok? Its a worldwide epidemic and not enough is being done about this.
