To be fair it is the new mechanic it's just like any spell shield to counter bait it out with something or dodge the reflect with flash or just dodging. It'll fire in whatever direction it needs to hit so it'll be pretty easy to dodge I imagine just change direction or S. We needed an anti dive mage for midlan don't have many of those so she slots nicely into that role. She still a 0 mobility mage so usual counters will still apply and she only got the 1 root that needs to hit the center to root on a slow moving ability. Plus her ult requires previous hits so champ needs setup there. Champ doesn't seem busted to me Def a punishing new mechanic but nothing that screams 200 years to me.

Yep, it absolutely seems like super cool ability, just the way it probably works right now is ridiculously and stupidly broken. That thing needs to run out after blocking a spell just like any normal spell shield in the game, Nocturne's and Sivir's spell shields for example, especially considering that this doesn't only delete the spell but throws it back at the enemy. It probably also needs to last shorter, like 0.5 seconds. It should be an ability that rewards quick reflex reaction time, kind of like a dodge roll in souls like games, time it right and get rewarded.

Maybe there should be a new game mode for each season where you can only play champs from that region. Newer players are probably unable to know all the kits so it would be nice for them and there could be a cool lore event attached.
