I have top 1% both al haitham and kinich and they are the definition of perfectly covering the elements ability whilst keeping the same dps. They are what every element should be doing imo. Have 2 dps with alternate playstyles that still cover the entire elements capability while keeping the same amount of damage. I use Al Haitham more (I like his teams more) but Kinich is also amazing to play in pure gameplay. Definition of you cannot go wrong with either. Emilie also deserves S tier.

Tighnari not being A tier is craaazy tbh He does good damage (assuming there's spread available), and can quick swap play style with flexible rotations. He can even work in quickbloom but i wouldn't recommend that I am bias, however. I use him a bunch 😅

Tighnari's damage is amazing except for the fact that it is just three shots and a burst and swap out, so in a team with tighnari, yae, nahida and zhongli you would have to equally invest in yae and tighnari as they both contribute about equally damage wise... I hope to c6 tighnari one day to make the charge shots faster.

While I agree Kinich has a higher ceiling, I think Alhaitham’s better flexibility keeps him in S. Bc they are kind of the quintessential Dendro on-fielders to cover every type of Dendro main team (Kinich burning/burgeon and Alhaitham quickbloom, spread, and hyperbloom, and cope burgeon), it feels weird to separate them since they work together to cover all of Dendro basically. Also, I think Alhaitham can easily make his way back into the upper echelon of DPS characters if Hoyo releases a buffer for on-fielders that works with hyperbloom. It’s why he can work well with Furina, but most bloom-centered teams focus on boosting EM to bump up core damage rather than the on-fielder’s which is why I think Alhaitham’s ceiling is quite a bit lower than current meta DPS (that and his dogshit constellations). But if they release a hyperbloom trigger that can substantially buff Alhaitham’s personal damage, I think he’s back up in contention for top 5.

​​@@Juice-chan Okay, Xiangling needs to be paired with Bennett specifically, because he's an excellent pyro battery and snapshoting his active character buff is XL's big selling point over other sub-DPSes. Then to actually get the damage numbers people tout, she needs a good amount of hydro applied to vape consistently. Solo pyro Xiangling is a miserable experience, and that's coincidentally the exact same requirement as Emilie has to get her level 2 turret, but she doesn't require one specific pyro unit. I think we convince ourselves XL is flexible because HoYo gives very little choice.

I think Alhaitham belongs right next to Kinich. I have them both. I even have c1 Kinich. The reason I really like Alhaitham from a meta perspective is that his team is very strong baseline with very good vertical investment options. His best investments are c2 Nahida and c1/c2 Furina. He does not specifically need Furina to function but it is part of his best team. He also offers superior battlefield control while characters such as Kinich or Mulani can feel clumsy to use. I do not have Emilie to go with Kinich so even with c1 Kinich I find the teams I can field with him inferior to Alhaitham best teams. It is just really hard to maximize Kinich damage as well so you get the most possible cannon shots.

kinda underestimating collei here, she's just as good as DMC, and some teams she's just a bit better than DMC (she also has teams where she's worse than DMC) hence why she's about just as good as DMC. The first reason why people kinda underestimate her is cause she's often compared to DMC which you can get their C6 for free/immediately, where People's impressions on collei is often her C0. Her C2 makes her dendro application theoretical 100% uptime (off field), and more achievable if you're using sac bow. Second reason is that she has clunky gameplay issues, her burst has relatively small AoE, and her boomerang can sometimes miss enemies. A Portion of her dendro application is also tied to melee range. for those curious, even though i heavily compare her with DMC, more often than not, i play them together in the same team specifically the all 4-star version of a hyperbloom team. Kuki, collei, dmc, xingqiu. This is just a comfy f2p team. often times, dmc's application can actually be not enough in some scenario (where xingqiu applies too much hydro, and you want hydro to react with dendro for more bloom cores, not the other way around), collei just supplements DMC in this team (which can result in almost doubling your damage output), you also have 2 sources of dendro aoe application which i used to 36* wenut abyss back in the day (to deal with enemies that moves alot). Lastly, dmc and collei battery each other in this team, making it really comfy to get your burst back on cooldown.

City of Tears would be a lovely song to use Emilie made was my first unit that completely saved my acc lol, I left during Chasm and came back just as Emilie banner was ending and thought, sure, I guess. Anyway, she let me experience so much of Genshin through a different lense - NO MORE YAE MIKO. I could finally just enjoy playing tank Bennet and never dying while Emilie scorched everything. I honestly don't know how I played from release until chasm, with only Qiqi, Albedo and Yae Miko 5 stars but it was pure suffering, in hindsight. The game is much easier now that I have variety of 5stars and finally, a copy of sucrose. And Emilie allowed me to breeze by with Yanfei, Xiangling and Bennet which was super convenient. She's the dendro unit which changed how I feel about genshin, but Nahida is my favorite based on lore and personality and use.

Yao yao is better than literal baizhu in aggravate teams. The Yao yao nilou locked take was just bad She can run instructors and you don't need to burst on her. Trying to burst every rotation in aggravate is an impossible task and even then his application is single target And if you're running purely beginner hyperbloom, Yao yao is very likely going to make it there. DMC, Yao yao, xingqiu and kuki. My first ever 36 star btw

Dendro is an interesting element these days. Not at rhe top anymore but still good. Cheap to build in general, you can put together a decent team with pretty low investment. I still don't understand how Baizhu is ugly but tastes are subjective.

With the shatter buffs maybe Kaveh can get some shatter bloom teams since shatter scales with em. But yeah he is bad. Its sad i really love his character.

You don't have a choice bro, xiangling bennet arguably the BiS team for kinich Emilie burning. You can use dehya with tenacity in place of xiangling but other than that there's no other options to choose from we can only hope that mavuika and pyro traveler would replace bennet xiangling combo.

I have both kinich and alhaitham and in my opinion kinich is not better than alhaitham overall right now at C0 but this can easily change with the pyro archon, that being said I don't consider kinich C0 "S" *(He Really Wants Bennett And The DMG Drop Is Pretty Big Without Him In The Team Compared To A Team Like Alhaitham Without Nahida In Furina Quickbloom If Baizhu Is Replacing Her There, Despite The Fact You Can Go In And Out Of Bennett Circle, I Don't Consider Bennett That Good For Kinich In The Long Term)* till we get mavuika, as she can possibly make him stronger, but even then I don't see kinich as good as what alhaitham can do for all dendro team archetypes where kinich is tied to burning/ burgeon teams and maybe overburn which is actually a good thing mind you, as this means they don't step on each other's toes, Kinich with cons/ weapon will make him better than alhaitham tho if we're talking pure power but you gotta remember not everyone goes for cons even those who spend which I'm sure you understand but I needed to mention There's an argument for kinich being "S" in a vacuum since dendro is still fairly new, which is fair since like I said before kinich can still improve with mavuika's release but future units even after mavuika's release can possibly improve him as well, that being said there's also a possibility alhaitham can improve in the future too but it might not be in natlan for all we know There's an argument for emilie being "S" but in my opinion lets wait to see if she gets better in the future

Kinich is a character that I can't really say I like. I genuinely felt dizzy after doing his trial domain. While in terms of characterization, he and Ajaw are fine... gameplay is just a "no" to me.

Nahida 2. kinich 3. alhaitham 4. baizhu 5. emilie 6. tighnari 7. yaoyao You can replace emilie to nahida at c2 in kinich team Also, emilie stick to burning and burgeon reaction that's why I put baizhu above her (ofcourse emilie can do more damage than baizhu but to team support and flexible baizhu is great) Im also a fan of daendro characters I have top 1% nahida top 6% kinich and top 6% alhaitham

Picked up a c2 Kinnich chasing Chevy cons. When i stack him up against Navia (the other big Nuker I have) on Wolfs Gravestone also using bennet. Navias output is more consistent. However, Kinnich has more potential for rotation and play optimisation.
