Love the breakdown guys! When I first started playing I got super frustrated about getting so much weaker over the course of the season. Of course, I didn't really know how to train and I didn't understand fatigue management. Figuring all that out went a long way to me playing over a 20 year career. You demonstrate that you really know what you're talking about from a sport performance perspective rather than a solely weightlifting perspective. Class🍻

Hey guys ,just wanted to ask if you would consider doing a video on which exercises are best suited for swimmers. During off season and in combination with pool sessions. If you could include exercises to help limit or prevent shoulder injuries too that would be great. Awesome pod. Keep up great work 👍

They’ve talked about them a few times for gpp work. They generally seem to view them as inferior lifts due to limited loading and range of motion.
