Sodany Sath, a driven individual who took triple majors in Marketing, Public Communication, and Accounting. She graduated with grade “A” from high school and spent most of her life challenging herself to reach her full potential. She’s more than an academic success; she has experienced in many different fields such as General Management, Finance, Accounting, Event Organizing, Human Resource, and Business, especially in the crucial roles of Marketing and Leadership. She was elected as the National Vice President of AIESEC in Cambodia, ran her own startup company before reaching the age of 20, and now, work as a Business Development Manager in an international company called “ Ai Associate “. She’s also a negotiator, national and international public speaker and facilitator, debater, mentor, and business advisor. Coming from a family who has no business background and a woman who’s growing up in the society where men are compared to diamond and women are only a piece of white cotton, her TEDx speech will be about “Women in Leadership"
